The SRS GLOBE Award for Promoting Diversity at the Savannah River Site will be presented annually to a person or organization during the SRS Gay Pride Observance. The award recognizes outstanding work toward the improvement or expansion of diversity at Savannah River and efforts to make all SRS employers “employers of choice”. Potential recipients will be recognized for their contributions to any diversity initiative, not only those related to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender issues. Selection of the winner will be at the sole discretion of the SRS GLOBE membership and officers. Nominations may be made by April 30 of each year via e-mail to GLOBE@srs.gov.
